This book is definitely not my favorite genre – I'm not sure whether it would really be considered chick lit, or just a lightromance, either way I'll admit that the only reason I read it was for an X title for the A-Z challenge.
Park Evenson is a female firefighter from Tuscon. For some reason she's a contestant on a reality television show that is something like The Dating Game meets Truth or Dare. The complication for Park is that she's much more attracted to the cameraman filming her date weekend than she is to her `date'.
It certainly wasn't awful, but it wasn't something I'd consider good either. It was more like a TV movie – it happenedwhile I was doing other things (watching the Olympics). I knew from the first chapter how it would end. There were a couple of surprises along the way, but all in all it was quite forgettable and fortunately a short and quick read.
No stars – I couldn’t even finish it
1 star – I didn’t like it but I managed to finish it.
2 stars – It was OK. Not good, but seriously just OK.
3 stars - I liked it. I didn’t think it was great, but I thought it was good entertainment.
4 stars – I really liked it. I really think you might like it too.
5 stars – It was amazing. I’d recommend this to just about anyone.

Vickie - well it wasn't as bad as the last time I read an X title for an A-Z list (The X-President - bleah).
Tracee - hmm - let me think about it. I'm having a hard time lately with books I feel 'obligated' to read, so probably won't.
=D Well I think I can safely say I'll avoid that one. Good job on your challenge though!
Carrie: yeah - not worth the bother unless you need a quick reading X title :-)
I'm jotting down the title dor the next time I do an A to Z challenge. "X" titles are so hard to find.
Framed: it did work out well for an X title. I read it while I was on the bike at the gym. It's perfect for that kind of reading and a quick read.
